So I guess my Dad got bored the other day and decided to do some pen and ink drawings of Jackson and Jacob. Personally I think my pops is a really good artist, but he doesn't draw as much as he used to when I was a kid.

Jackson Davis Watkins minutes after he was born. Let me tell you, this kid has got some loud pipes. If he's mad he lets us know, that's for sure.




















Jacob didn't know what to think...All he could say was "baby...baby...A BABY...."




Can you see the lack of sleep in my eyes...Truth is Jenna was up way more than I was. I love being a Dad, and I love having boys. God has been very good to Jenna and I.




Jenna is the perfect Mom...Seriously she loves our boys with all her heart. She was tired and sore, but she could stop smiling at our new little man.

Jacob's first time hiking....

The weather was unusally warm for the time of year, so Jenna and I decided to take Jacob up into the foothills just west of Boulder, Colorado to go hiking. Given the fact that it was first week of March we didn't go very far. Jenna was still very pregnant with Jackson, but we still enjoyed the day outside never the less.
It was the first day we had over 70 degrees since we moved back to Colorado. There were college kids from CU all over the place rock climbing and bouldering. It was a great reminder of why we decided to move back to Colorado.
